Single bed room	900 Baht	one single bed
Double bed room	1,050 Baht	One Queen Size bed
Twin bed room	1,200 Baht	Two single bed

 

Discounts Rate:
5% discounted with more than 5 nights stay.

10% discounted with more than 10 nights stay.

     - All the payment has to be done when you check in.

     - This cannot be break up into different period stay.

Cancellation and No Show Policy :                       • The booking will be secured only,when the deposit has been paid and the booking confirmation has been sent to you.                       • Deposit will be refunded, less bank transfer cost or credit card debiting charges,what ever the case may be and only if                          the cancellation notification has been received by us no less than 7 days prior to actual check in date (Thai time).                       • No show will be subject to no refund of the deposit paid.                       • Last minute booking within 7days : Deposit is subject to no refund.

Note: at guesthouse we accept payment by cash only, but deposit for the 1st night to secure your room reservation will payment by

credit card.
